Terms & Conditions

01 Eligibility

To join the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate personal information (name, email, payout details)
  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions
  • Promote the Content Club ethically and honestly

ELLA reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application.

02 Affiliate Dashboard Access

Once accepted, you will receive:

  • Access to your affiliate dashboard
  • A unique tracking link
  • Promotional assets (graphics, scripts, mockups)

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

03 Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 50% commission on every successful purchase made through their unique link.

Commission is generated only when a customer completes a purchase using your link and the payment is fully processed. Refunded or disputed purchases do not generate commission.

Affiliates are not eligible to earn commissions on their own purchases. Commissions are only paid for referred sales made by other customers.

04 Payouts

  • Payouts are made monthly
  • Minimum payout threshold: $30
  • You are responsible for ensuring your payout information is correct
  • ELLA is not responsible for failed payouts due to incorrect information

05 Promotional Guidelines

Allowed
  • Promote on social media, blogs, email, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest
  • Share personal results or honest opinions
  • Use the official images, videos, and marketing assets provided
Not Allowed
  • Running paid ads using Ella or Content Club brand names
  • Misleading claims, false promises, or unethical marketing
  • Pretending to be ELLA or the owner
  • Sharing your link on coupon sites, freebie sites, or spam channels
  • Using your own link to purchase the product

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of commissions.

06 Brand Guidelines

You may not:

  • Modify official graphics to misrepresent the product
  • Create your own versions of the product or templates
  • Present the Content Club as your own product

You must accurately represent ELLA and the Content Club.

07 Intellectual Property

All images, templates, videos, logos, designs, product descriptions, and branding elements are the exclusive property of ELLA (ELLA). Affiliates receive permission to use only the approved promotional materials for marketing the Program.

08 Tracking & Cookies

Your commission is tracked via cookies stored on the customer's device and the unique link assigned to you. ELLA is not responsible for tracking issues caused by cookie deletion, browser settings, customer device changes, or incorrect link usage.

09 Termination

ELLA may terminate your participation if you violate these Terms, misuse promotional materials, engage in fraudulent behavior, or your marketing harms the brand. You may also leave the Program at any time by contacting support.

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions from fraudulent or invalid activity will be forfeited and your affiliate link will be deactivated.

10 Refunds

If a customer requests a refund for a purchase made through your link, the commission for that sale will be reversed. Commission already paid on refunded orders may be deducted from future payouts.

11 Affiliate Disclosure Requirements

All affiliates must disclose their relationship with ELLA when promoting their affiliate link. Approved examples:

  • "This link is an affiliate link — I may earn a commission."
  • "I partner with ELLA, and this is my affiliate link."
  • "I may receive a commission if you purchase through this link."

Disclosures must be placed before the affiliate link, used clearly and prominently in every post, video, story, email, or message. Failure to disclose may result in removal from the program.

12 Earnings Disclaimer

ELLA makes no guarantee regarding income or results as an affiliate or Content Club member. Earnings vary based on audience size, marketing effort, and individual commitment. Any examples or testimonials shown are illustrative only and should not be considered typical or guaranteed.

13 Limitation of Liability

ELLA is not liable for lost commissions due to tracking issues, downtime or technical errors, or earnings that do not meet your expectations. Participation in the Program does not guarantee income.

14 Changes to the Program

ELLA may update commission rates, promotional rules, program terms, and resources. You will be notified of major changes via email or on your dashboard. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15 Privacy Policy

We may collect your name, email address, social media handle, payment information, and website activity. Your data is used to manage your affiliate account, deliver your tracking link, send program updates, and comply with legal obligations. Data is stored securely in Systeme.io and is not sold or shared with third parties except as required for payment processing.
