01 Products

These Terms apply to all ELLA products, including The Content Club (Canva templates and resources), The Content System (a Notion template), and The Automation Vault (ManyChat automation flows).

We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. All details, descriptions, and prices are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to update product information, correct errors, or adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

All ELLA products are digital only. No physical products will be shipped. Some products rely on third-party platforms (such as Canva, Notion, and ManyChat) to be used, and those platforms' own accounts, terms, and pricing apply.

02 Purchase

By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing digital products
  • All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds
  • Once your order is confirmed, you are legally committed to the purchase

If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, please contact us before completing your purchase.

03 Disclaimer

We make every effort to provide high-quality digital content. However, we do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our products.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use our products, services, or website content.

04 Privacy Policy

ELLA is committed to protecting your privacy and securing your personal information.

  • We collect and use your data only to process your order, deliver products, notify you of updates, and improve our offerings
  • We may use trusted third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Systeme.io, and email providers) to process payments and communications. These providers have access only to the information necessary to perform their services
  • Our website and services are not intended for use by individuals under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18

By signing up or entering your email address, you agree to receive emails regarding products, updates, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of our emails.

05 Intellectual Property

All materials provided through ELLA products are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a license to use these materials for your own personal and business use. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying designs, templates, or flows to you.

Important: Modifying, editing, adapting, recoloring, rearranging, restructuring, or changing text, images, layouts, fonts, databases, or flow logic does not create a new or original work and does not transfer ownership or resale rights. Any use of ELLA materials that retains the same structure, layout, design system, or underlying logic is considered a derivative work and remains the exclusive property of ELLA.

How this applies to each product

The Content Club provides Canva templates, graphics, and related content. The rules above apply to all designs, layouts, fonts, and elements.

The Content System is a Notion template you duplicate into your own workspace. Its structure, database setup, and layout remain the exclusive property of ELLA.

The Automation Vault provides pre-built automation flows that you import into your own ManyChat account. The flow structure and logic remain the exclusive property of ELLA. ManyChat is a separate third-party platform with its own terms of service and pricing, which apply to your use of it. ELLA does not control ManyChat and is not responsible for any changes it makes to its platform, features, availability, or pricing.

Permitted Client Use

Social media managers, agencies, and freelancers may use ELLA materials to create content or set up systems for clients, including delivering final editable designs, or configuring Automation Vault flows inside a client's own account, solely for that client's own business use, provided that:

  • The materials are used as part of a service and are not sold as standalone products
  • The client is not permitted to resell, redistribute, license, or reuse the materials for other clients or for commercial resale

Strictly Prohibited

You may not sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, share, or monetize ELLA materials, including modified or derivative versions, as templates, planners, flows, products, bundles, memberships, courses, or any similar offering.

Unauthorized resale or redistribution constitutes a material breach of these Terms and a violation of copyright law.

Enforcement & Remedies

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ELLA reserves the right to:

  • Immediately terminate access without refund
  • Issue DMCA takedown notices and infringement reports to relevant platforms
  • Pursue all available legal remedies including injunctive relief and statutory damages
  • Seek monetary damages including liquidated damages of up to $5,000 USD per violation

We actively monitor misuse of our intellectual property. Ignorance of these terms does not exempt users from liability.
