• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds

05 Intellectual Property

All templates, graphics, and content provided through the Content Club are protected by copyright and are for personal and business use only by the purchaser.

Permitted Client Use

Social media managers, agencies, and freelancers may use Content Club materials to create content for clients, including delivering final editable designs to a client solely for that client's own business use, provided that:

• The templates are used as part of a service and are not sold as standalone products
• The client is not permitted to resell, redistribute, license, or reuse the templates for other clients or for commercial resale

Strictly Prohibited

You may not sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, or monetize Content Club materials — including modified or derivative versions — as templates, products, bundles, memberships, courses, or any similar offering.

Enforcement & Remedies

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ELLA reserves the right to:

• Immediately terminate access without refund
• Issue DMCA takedown notices and infringement reports to relevant platforms
• Pursue all available legal remedies including injunctive relief and statutory damages
• Seek monetary damages including liquidated damages of up to $5,000 USD per violation

We actively monitor misuse of our intellectual property. Ignorance of these terms does not exempt users from liability.
